It s almost as if all of the jewelry of the original owner was combined into the one ring. This free form style is interesting but it looks pretty outdated.

Jens submitted 15 prototypes in a variety of weights and finishes and from this extensive collection the final movie ring design was selected and used in the filming of the lord of the rings and the hobbit trilogies. The one ring was one of the most powerful artifacts ever created in middle earth it was crafted by the dark lord sauron in the fire of orodruin also known as mount doom during the second age sauron s intent was to enhance his own power and to exercise control over the other rings of power which had been made by celebrimbor and his people with sauron s assistance. The ring design also features a lot of gold.

In order to make the ring more modern we had some fun coming up with ideas on how to redesign and repurpose this old jewelry. Avoid touching the ring s with your fingers at any point during this part of the ring making process.
