Make your own photo light box.

The size of your diy light box will be as big as the scale of your template. It doesn t matter what you call it. Go with led lights or even make a softbox like this for using it with speedlight. Cut this shape on a white 3mm perspex sheet.

Ask workers at nearby stores for unnecessary boxes or buy the most suitable one from a storage enterprise. You could also use white cardboard instead of perspex. Use a ruler to mark a point roughly 2 inches 5 1 cm from each edge on one side of the box. The bigger your box is the more extensive variety of objects of different sizes you will be able to photograph.

Place your box on its side so that the open flaps are facing you. Use an empty plastic box and white paper to make a light box. As a reference you can use the centre square to calculate the size of one of the sides of the light box.
