Don t apply to much heat as to destroy the record a little heat goes a long way.

They will need to be different sizes so you ll need a 78 a 33 1 2 and a 45. The thicker the vinyl the better and the cake stand will withstand more weight. I found mine on amazon for a total of 3 50. Once it s heated push the record onto the threaded bar.

Gather all of your materials. In my case the hole was a tiny bit too big and i had to reinforce with a dab of glue. Simply use a lighter or a heat gun to heat the centre hole of the record. This will expand the opening of the record to 10mm.

First you need to widen the holes in the vinyl. I found mine at salvation army for 50 a piece.
