Hardman double bubble yellow machineable epoxy 04002 is a two component room temperature cure epoxy system designed as a machineable tooling and or body patching adhesive. Machinable resins technoresin is able to supply a range of epoxy and polyurethane casting resins and pastes which provide very high mechanical propeties and consistent quality. Since there are a great number of products available that are formulated to be machinable it is best to use one of these materials for components that will require machining. Epoxies and polyurethanes are by nature insulators and are not the best at dissipating the heat generated during machining.
